Position: L2 Support – Entry Level
Location: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu
Salary: Rs. 21,984 per month
Duty Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
No. of Vacancy: 1

A reputed company is looking for a motivated and responsible candidate for the position of L2 Support – Entry Level.
The selected candidate will assist with technical support activities, troubleshoot basic system and user-related issues, and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve technical problems efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide basic technical support to users
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and system issues
- Monitor and follow up on reported technical issues
- Assist in identifying and resolving support requests
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team
- Maintain records of support activities and issue resolutions
- Perform other IT support duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and technical troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined work attitude
