Roles and Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Creating and Maintaining documentation of technical process
• Asset Management Issuing company devices to new employees and accepting them back when employees leave Managing and Maintaining record of available devices of the company
• Communication Communicating to external stakeholders
• Managing digital assets and infrastructure
• Maintaining inventory of hardware devices.
• Ensuring the security of computer data
• Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems.
• Assist in software and hardware upgrades.
• Provide daily technical assistance to office staffs as need
