HR Officer Full Time

A trading company is hiring candidates for the post of talented and experienced candidates for the post of HR officer.

Basic Job Information:

1. Salary: 35000/- to 45000/-
2. Time: 9am – 5pm
3. Location: Budhanikanth, KTM

Qualification & Experience:

• Must have completed Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing.
• Must have at least 1-2 years working experience in HR Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
• Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
• Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
• Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
• Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
• Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
• Recording and processing confidential information
• Search international companies in global market
• Dealing with international companies for trading company goods and services
