A reputed restaurant located in Kumaripati is looking for an experienced, skilled, and responsible Head Cook to lead its kitchen operations.

Position: Head Cook – 1 Vacancy
Location: Kumaripati
Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 35,000
Working Hours: 10–12 hours per shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of food items
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Plan daily food preparation and coordinate kitchen activities
• Ensure proper use and storage of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Monitor kitchen supplies and inform management when stocks are low
• Guide and coordinate with other kitchen staff
• Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Cook or senior kitchen position
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to manage and coordinate kitchen staff
• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
