URGENT HIRING – Hatchery Operator

A reputed poultry company is seeking a qualified and experienced Hatchery Operator to join its team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can efficiently manage hatchery operations and ensure high standards of productivity and quality.

Position: Hatchery Operator

Location: Balaju, Kathmandu

Salary: Rs. 40,000+ per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hatchery equipment and incubation systems.
• Manage egg setting, incubation, hatching, and chick handling processes.
• Maintain proper temperature, humidity, and ventilation throughout the incubation cycle.
• Inspect eggs and chicks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Clean and sanitize hatchery equipment and work areas regularly.
• Maintain accurate hatchery records and daily reports.
• Follow biosecurity protocols and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with the farm and production team to ensure smooth hatchery operations.
• Identify and report equipment issues or operational problems promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hatchery Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of poultry hatchery operations and incubation procedures.
• Ability to operate hatchery equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a hatchery environment.
