Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grocery Mart Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees to maintain high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Generate sales and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with sales reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree  in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the grocery or retail industry.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
