📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet hotel guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• Manage reservations, bookings, and room availability.
• Handle phone calls and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate guest records and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with daily front-office operations.

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Polite, friendly, and presentable personality.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Previous hotel/front-desk experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
