Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and motivated Front Desk Officer (Female) to join our educational consultancy located at Nayabazzar, near Sorhkhutte. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently
• Provide accurate information about services and programs
• Maintain records and manage front desk operations
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification: +2 (Intermediate level)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Freshers can apply, but preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a similar role
• Must have sound computer knowledge
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both Nepali and English
• Smart appearance and a positive, proactive attitude are essential
