Position: Front Desk Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle visitor logbooks and manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Provide accurate information regarding the company’s services and departments.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Address and resolve minor client or visitor concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a front desk officer or receptionist is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.
