Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to emails and other forms of communication.
• Assist visitors with directions and necessary information.
• Manage front desk administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient office operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory at the front desk.
• Provide general information about the company and services to clients and visitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are an advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.
