Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Front Desk cum Social Media Handler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. Additionally, they will manage our social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our services effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain the front desk area in an organized manner.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Manage the educational consultancy’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including posts, articles, and graphics related to educational services, events, and student success stories.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in front desk receptionist duties and customer service.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and social media management tools and Photoshop
• Creativity and a passion for engaging with audiences on social media.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
