Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head. The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the financial health of the company, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure to ensure financial stability.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and achieving financial goals.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
