Field Marketing Officer Full Time

A Tours & Travel is hiring candidates for the post of Field Marketing.

Basic Job Information:

1. Salary: 25000 – 35000
2. Time: 10am  – 6pm 
3. Location: Sukedhara, KTM 
4. No. of Required Staff:  9 persons
5.  Must have 2 wheeler’s license

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitor strategies in the travel industry.
   • Analyze customer insights, feedback, and booking data to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
2. Promotional Events and Campaigns:
   • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, roadshows, and experiential marketing activations to showcase our travel services.
   • Develop creative marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials, to support field marketing activities.
3. Partnership Development:
   • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, and other industry partners to collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.
   • Negotiate promotional deals, discounts, and packages with partners to enhance the value proposition for customers and drive bookings.
4. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
   • Interact with customers at trade shows, events, and promotional activities to generate leads, provide information, and facilitate bookings.
   • Collect customer feedback, address inquiries and concerns, and foster positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Sales Support and Lead Generation:
   • Support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing marketing materials and resources to facilitate the sales process.
   • Track and report on lead generation activities, conversions, and ROI from field marketing initiatives.
6. Digital Marketing Integration:
   • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate field marketing activities with online channels, including social media, email marketing, and website promotions.
   • Coordinate offline and online marketing efforts to create a cohesive brand experience and maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or promotions, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
