Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking female cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant environment throughout the institute. The selected candidate will be responsible for regular cleaning and maintaining classrooms, offices, common areas, washrooms, and other designated spaces.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, honest, hygienic, and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, corridors, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and other facilities regularly.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Empty dustbins and dispose of waste properly.
• Keep furniture, doors, windows, and other areas clean.
• Maintain cleanliness in staff and student areas.
• Refill basic cleaning and hygiene supplies when required.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and properly.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the concerned person.
• Maintain a neat, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
• Follow the institute’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Perform other cleaning-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred/required.
• Previous cleaning experience will be an advantage.
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Polite and respectful behavior with students, staff, and visitors.
• Physically capable of performing regular cleaning duties.
• Willing to follow workplace rules and instructions.
• Prior experience in an institute, school, office, hotel, or similar workplace will be an added advantage.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: NPR 14,000
• Fixed working schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
