📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage daily Food & Beverage operations
• Ensure smooth and efficient service to customers
• Monitor the performance of F&B staff and provide necessary guidance
• Prepare and manage staff duty schedules when required
• Ensure all staff maintain proper grooming, discipline, and professional behavior
• Monitor food and beverage service standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and service teams
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
• Ensure proper table setup and service procedures are followed
• Train and guide new and existing staff members
• Monitor daily operations and report important issues to management
• Assist in maintaining stock and inventory when required
• Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and service equipment
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a positive and productive working environment
• Ensure smooth coordination between different departments
• Assist management in improving service quality and operational efficiency

✔️ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B Supervisor position
✔️ Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage busy operations
✔️ Responsible, disciplined, and professional personality
