A reputed Hotel is looking for skilled, hardworking, and responsible individuals to join its maintenance team for the following positions:

🔹 1. Electrician

🔹 2. Painter

📍 Location: Kupondol, Kathmandu
🏨 Company: Hotel
💰 Salary: NPR 24,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
📅 Working Schedule: Monday – Day/Evening Shift

⚡ Electrician – Key Responsibilities:

• Handle regular electrical maintenance and repair work.
• Check and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.
• Repair switches, sockets, lights, wiring, and other electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance when required.
• Identify electrical faults and resolve issues safely.
• Ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
• Follow safety procedures while performing electrical work.
• Support the hotel maintenance team as required.

🎨 Painter – Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out painting and touch-up work throughout the hotel.
• Prepare walls and surfaces before painting.
• Apply paint, primer, and finishing coats properly.
• Repair minor cracks, marks, and damaged surfaces.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Ensure neat and quality finishing.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other maintenance-related tasks when required.

✅ Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the respective position is preferred.
• Practical knowledge and good working skills.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
• Punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Candidates should maintain proper workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Hotel maintenance experience will be an advantage.
