Sahara Job Nepal is hiring on behalf of a reputed manpower company for the following position:

Position

Documentation Officer

Location: Basundhara, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday – Friday)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documentation related to manpower and recruitment processes.
• Create, edit, and organize official documents accurately.
• Design and edit required documents using Adobe Photoshop.
• Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal departments regarding documentation.
• Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Perform other office and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet).
• Good documentation and file management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in a manpower company or a similar field will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong Photoshop and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
