Documentation officer Full Time

A Reputed Recruitment company is seeking candidates for the post of Documentation officer.

Basic Job Information:

  1. Job Location: Chabahil, Kathmandu
  2. Job Time : 9 hours

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Handle all Government related formalities
  • Responsible for office clerical duties and to maintain office correspondence
  • Maintain communication and coordination with insiders and outsiders
  • Perform office work for relevant correspondence
  • Assure proper documentation and filing of travel and immigration documents like Passport and VISA
  • Submit a daily report to the senior management or supervisor
  • Other duties are as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be good in the computer (Word, Excel, Photoshop, scanning, etc.)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command over English/ energetic, smart looking
  • Must have completed Intermediate level or bachelor level running
  • Must have 1-2 Years’ experience as a Documentation Officer in Consultancy/ Manpower/ Travels and Tours.
