We are looking for a Detail-Oriented and Proactive Documentation Officer to join our Europe-based Educational Consultancy. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for helping students succeed in their international education journey, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all documentation related to student applications, admissions, and visa processing
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents as per embassy and university requirements
• Maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical)
• Coordinate with counselors and students for timely submission of required documents
• Follow up on pending documentation and communicate updates to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation or a similar administrative role
• Excellent command of English – speaking, writing, and reading
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• A team player with a professional and pleasant demeanor
