Documentation Officer Full Time

Job Vacancy: Documentation Officer- Female only 

📍 Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu
🏢 Industry: Manpower Agency
💰 Salary: NPR 25,000 per month
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all documentation related to manpower processing
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of contracts, agreements, and legal papers
  • Coordinate with government offices, embassies, and agencies for document processing
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases
  • Assist in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation (experience in manpower agencies preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of documentation procedures and government regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
