Job Title: Deputy Restaurant Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to support the overall operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support:
   • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory management.
   • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
   • Uphold a high standard of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
   • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Support the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
4. Financial Management:
   • Assist in managing budgetary concerns, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
   • Monitor and analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions.
5. Quality Control:
   • Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
   • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for the culinary arts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
