Job Description
We are looking for responsible, punctual, and hardworking Delivery Riders to join a reputed company. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering products safely and on time while providing professional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver products and orders to customers safely and on time.
Collect and deliver orders according to assigned routes.
Handle delivered items carefully and responsibly.
Maintain good communication with customers.
Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
Collect payments or delivery confirmations when required.
Maintain the assigned two-wheeler in good condition.
Follow traffic rules and safe driving practices.
Report any delivery issues or delays to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain professional behavior with customers and company staff.
Perform other delivery-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Must have own two-wheeler.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes.
Previous delivery experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
Must follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.
Physically fit and willing to work as a delivery rider.
