Job Title: Delivery Boy- Bike license holder

Location: Nayabzzar, Kathmandu

We seek dedicated Delivery Boys to enhance our customer experience through prompt and efficient delivery services.

Responsibilities:

• Timely Deliveries: Ensure the prompt and safe delivery of packages to designated locations.
• Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Package Handling: Handle packages with care, ensuring the safe and secure transport of goods.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Documentation: Complete delivery logs, obtain necessary signatures, and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure accident-free and secure deliveries.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers, providing updates on delivery status.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license for a two-wheeler
• Previous experience as a delivery person is a plus.
• Familiarity with local roads and Locations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Benefits:

• Salary:  Rs. 15000/- per a month
• Location: Nayabazzar
• Time: 9am – 7pm
