About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting dance classes for students and creating an enjoyable, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment. The teacher should be passionate about dance and capable of teaching students according to their age and skill level.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular dance classes for school students.
• Teach basic and advanced dance techniques according to students’ abilities.
• Prepare students for school programs, competitions, cultural events, and performances.
• Develop engaging and age-appropriate dance routines.
• Encourage students to participate confidently in performances.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment during classes.
• Help students improve coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and stage presence.
• Introduce students to different dance styles and techniques.
• Organize rehearsals and prepare choreography for school events.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure students follow proper warm-up and safe dance practices.
• Coordinate with school management and other teachers for events and activities.
• Maintain professional conduct and a positive relationship with students.
• Perform other dance and extracurricular activities assigned by the school.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dance Teacher, Dance Instructor, or Choreographer will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in dance.
• Ability to teach children in an engaging and understandable manner.
• Creative and energetic personality.
• Good communication and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to create choreography for school events and performances.
• Patient, disciplined, responsible, and punctual.
• Passionate about working with children and developing their talents.
• Candidates with relevant dance training or certification will have an added advantage.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: NPR 8,000
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
