Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, service issues, and troubleshooting internet-related problems.
• Handle technical queries by assisting customers with setup, connectivity issues, and device configuration.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Assist with account management tasks, such as new service activations, upgrades, billing inquiries, and cancellations.
• Document and track customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex service issues.
• Provide product and service information to customers and educate them on the best internet solutions for their needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification:  +2, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Basic technical knowledge of internet services, routers, modems, and related equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints in a professional manner.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
