About the Role:
We are looking for smart, energetic, and well-spoken individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at our educational consultancy. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and are looking to grow professionally in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and students

• Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries

• Provide accurate information about consultancy services

• Assist in daily administrative tasks and record-keeping

• Coordinate with team members and counselors

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary) completed

• Must be presentable and smart

• Good command of the English language (spoken & written)

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude

• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
