📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and communicate with customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Handle customers at the counter professionally
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide correct information about available products or services
• Handle cash and payments responsibly when required
• Maintain proper records of sales and transactions
• Assist customers with their inquiries and requests
• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable
• Coordinate with other staff members for smooth daily operations
• Ensure customers receive good and timely service
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at the workplace
• Handle basic customer complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor when necessary
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties
• Follow company rules, policies, and instructions
• Perform other duties assigned by management when required
