We seek a versatile Counselor cum Front Desk Officer to provide counseling support and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Counseling Services: Provide comprehensive counseling services to students and parents, guiding them through academic choices, career paths, and admission processes.
• Visitor Reception: Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering detailed information about educational programs, admission requirements, and consultancy services.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule counseling sessions, consultancy meetings, and follow-up appointments for clients.
• Client Assistance: Assist students and parents in completing application forms, understanding admission criteria, and providing information about educational institutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including counseling notes, contact information, and educational history.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling tasks such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and directing clients to the appropriate resources.
• Payment Processing: Handle payments for consultancy services, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Educational Resource Distribution: Distribute educational materials, brochures, and relevant resources to clients.
• Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on application statuses and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the consultancy team to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Counselor or in a customer-facing role within an educational consultancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and study destinations.
• Proficiency in using office software, email systems, and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Positive and empathetic attitude.
