Corporate Sales Manager Full Time

A Reputed Company is seeking candidates for the post of Corporate Sales Manager.

Basic Job Information:

Salary: 70k  -100k

Time: 8 hours

Location: Kathmandu

Job Descriptions:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own objectives setting,coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong,long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• ldentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Looking after projects of VRF,HVAC Set and communicate the overall vision and strategy for the company to the team Sales planning- yearty, quarterly,and monthly.
• Meeting sales target.
• Defining product’s price
• Follow up with sales team for lead generation
• Gain enough product knowledge to be able to present to the client
• Regular current &potential client visits
• Sales vs Collection review
• Ensuring sales are per the B-Plan.
• Constant analysis of stock &sales with the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s  degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in corporate sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 10  years of experience or 7 years in managerial Position.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools and technologies.
