Key Responsibilities
Create engaging videos, photos, and promotional content for bakery products.
Record, edit, and post videos on social media platforms.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media accounts.
Handle online orders received through social media and other online platforms.
Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.
Promote bakery products through social media content.
Create attractive posts, reels, and promotional videos.
Run and manage social media boosting and paid promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the bakery team for product photography and content creation.
Develop creative ideas to increase online engagement and sales.
Maintain regular posting schedules and update social media pages.
Perform other social media and content-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Ability to create and edit short videos and reels.
Ability to handle online orders and customer inquiries.
Knowledge of social media boosting and paid promotions.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Creative, energetic, and confident in front of the camera.
Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
Previous experience working in a bakery or food-related business will be highly preferred.
Candidates who have experience handling online bakery orders will have an advantage.
