JOB DESCRIPTION

An Orientation Training Office in Gongabu is looking for a responsible and motivated female candidate for the position of Computer Operator cum Counselor. Freshers are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for computer-related office work, student counseling, customer communication, and daily administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily data entry and computer-related office tasks.
• Provide information about training programs and services to students and clients.
• Counsel and guide students regarding available training programs.
• Handle phone calls and general inquiries professionally.
• Maintain and organize documents, records, and office files.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications.
• Communicate effectively with students and clients.
• Maintain good relationships with students and customers.
• Assist with general administrative and office activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• +2 completed.
• Female candidates only.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good counseling and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
