Job Title: Computer Hardware Mechanic

Time: 9:30am – 5:30 pm

Location: Dhumabarahi, Kathmandu

We are seeking a Computer Hardware Mechanic to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Diagnosis:
- Perform thorough diagnostic assessments of computer hardware issues.
Repairs and Upgrades:
- Execute repairs and upgrades on various computer hardware components, including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and storage devices.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve hardware-related problems in desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Assembling and Disassembling:
- Assemble and disassemble computer systems and components accurately.
Testing:
- Conduct testing procedures to ensure repaired hardware meets quality standards.
Customer Interaction:
- Interact with customers to gather information about hardware issues and provide clear explanations of repair processes.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of hardware issues, repairs performed, and parts used.
Recommendations:
- Provide recommendations for hardware upgrades or replacements based on customer needs and industry trends.
Quality Control:
- Implement and adhere to quality control processes to deliver reliable hardware solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Computer Hardware Mechanic or in a similar role.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and associated hardware.
Knowledge of hardware components, including processors, memory, storage, and graphics cards.
Familiarity with operating systems and software installation processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Technical certification in computer hardware or a related field is a plus.
