Job Title: Club Hostess

Job Time: 10am – 7pm or 3pm – 12pm (Home drop service will be provided by company)

Location: Newroad, Kathmandu 

We seek a dynamic Club Hostess to be the face of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Welcoming: Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• VIP Service: Provide exceptional service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing the use of space for a seamless experience.
• Event Promotion: Actively promote club events, special nights, and promotions to engage guests and boost attendance.
• Customer Interaction: Foster positive interactions with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• Crowd Management: Assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment by managing crowd flow and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the events and promotions team to execute marketing strategies and enhance the overall club experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role within the nightlife industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic and outgoing personality with a flair for entertainment.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and high-pressure situations.
• Understanding of club operations and nightlife trends.
