About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations and ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
Assign duties and monitor work quality to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas.
Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staff coverage.
Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and report inventory requirements.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
Address operational issues and resolve them promptly.
Report maintenance and facility-related concerns to management.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Cleaner Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Physically fit and capable of supervising daily cleaning operations.
