We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for overseeing our company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving growth. This role requires strategic planning, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the company, including property management, construction, sales, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set and meet company goals.
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services and projects.
• Manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, promoting professional growth and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and operations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
