Salary: Up to ₹300,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Industry: Feed Manufacturing (Aqua Feed & Cattle Feed Preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our feed manufacturing company with a strong focus on Aqua Feed and Cattle Feed. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion while ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Oversee production, sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure high-quality feed production and compliance with industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Drive innovation in feed formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA (or equivalent advanced degree) in Business, Agri-Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Feed Industry, with a strong preference for Aqua Feed & Cattle Feed.
• Proven leadership experience as a CEO, Director, or Senior Management in feed manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of market trends, production technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in scaling feed production businesses.
• Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective feed solutions.
• Ability to drive sales growth in domestic and international markets.
