Cashier-Female for Club Full Time

Job Title: Cashier- Female

Job Time: 10am – 7pm or 3pm – 12pm (Home drop service will be provided by company)

Location: Newroad, Kathmandu

We seek a dedicated Club Cashier to manage financial transactions and contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Handling: Process cover charges, ticket sales, and payments with precision and efficiency.
• Customer Transactions: Provide excellent customer service during cash transactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations: Utilize the club’s POS system to accurately record and track transactions.
• Balancing Cash Register: Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Receipt Issuance: Provide detailed and accurate receipts for transactions, maintaining a high level of transparency.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other club staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
• Security Measures: Adhere to security measures related to cash handling to prevent theft or loss.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a cashier, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
