Cashier (Female)

A reputed Cooperative Office is looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Cashier to join its team.

Position Details

• Position: Cashier
• No. of Vacancy: 1
• Salary: NPR 19,000 – 20,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: New Road, Kathmandu
• Gender: Female

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree running in Management (BBS/BBA or equivalent).

Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cashiering, cash handling, or a related role.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and collect cash payments from customers.
• Handle daily cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash records and prepare daily cash reports.
• Issue payment receipts and maintain proper documentation.
• Deposit cash as instructed and reconcile cash balances.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for financial records.
• Ensure accuracy, honesty, and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
• Perform other cashier and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage).
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
