Job Vacancy: Call Center Representative (10 Positions)
📍 Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu
💰 Salary: Negotiable
👩👨 Gender: Female/Male
📅 Experience: Fresher/Experienced
⏰ Shifts Available:
Morning Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Provide information and assist customers with inquiries
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
