Salary: Upto 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Sukedhara (Near Chabahil)

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Communicate professionally with clients and customers
• Maintain call records and customer information
• Assist in office reporting and coordination tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel for daily data entry and reports

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and speaking skills
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls confidently
• Basic computer knowledge
