A Reputed Restaurant is seeking candidates for the post of Bar- Tender.

Basic Job Information:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and report any shortages to management.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new drink recipes.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
• Knowledge of local and state alcohol regulations.
