Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a diverse range of dishes to the highest standards
• Develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with management to introduce new menu ideas and promotional offerings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a busy restaurant setting
• Expertise in [specify cuisine if needed, e.g., Nepali, Continental, Asian, etc.]
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
