All Rounder Cook Full Time

A Reputed Restaurant is hiring a Experienced All Rounder cook.

Basic Job Information:

1. Salary: 20000/-

3. Experience: At least 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation and Cooking:
   • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring high quality and consistency.
   • Follow recipes and presentation standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
2. Menu Development:
   • Assist in the creation and development of new dishes and menus, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
   • Provide input and suggestions for menu improvements and specials.
3. Kitchen Operations:
   • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.
   • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
   • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
   • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.
5. Inventory and Cost Control:
   • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and managing supplies.
   • Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar culinary environment.
• Ability to prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including different cuisines and dietary requirements.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus.
