Accounts and Finance Officer Full Time

A Reputed Company is seeking candidates for the following position:

Required Position: Accounts and Finance Officer
Required Number of staffs: 1
Academic Qualification: Bachelors in Management or Accounting
Minimum experience: 2-3 years’ experience
Gender: Only Male
Work location: Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur
Working hours: 9:30 am -5:30 pm
Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 – 35,000

Major Job Descriptions:
– Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
– Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
– Analyzing Costing of goods from time to time to ensure sustainable profitability
– Inventory planning and reordering on a regular basis
– Monitoring and reporting of Inventory management
– Physical verification of stock and reconciliation on predetermined intervals.
– Ensuring Timely Bank Reconciliation
– Preparing monthly salary sheets
– Processing Invoices
– Timely preparation and submission of Vat Returns.
– Timely entry in VAT Register
– Checking Sales Price and Purchase Price, report if any discrepancies
– Analyzing Customer and Vendor Aging, Receive Balance Confirmations
– Preparing Vendor and Customer Reconciliation Statements
– Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
– Coordinating with Bank for documents submissions and other necessary tasks
– Opening LC/TT as per need and record same in accounting software
– Recording transactions from branches in Books of Accounts
– Visiting bank and party offices for daily transactions
– Others as directed by Seniors

Job Specifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Accounting
– Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
– Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
– Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
– Must have a bike and valid driving license
