Account Officer Full Time

Job Vacancy: Account Officer

Location: Kalanki, Kathmandu
Salary: NPR 30,000 – 35,000
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position: 1 person

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Studies (BBS) completed
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in dealer accounting
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
    • Ability to manage financial transactions, invoices, and ledgers
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and manage daily accounting transactions
  • Handle dealer accounts and ensure timely payments and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
