We seek a dedicated Ticketing Officer to provide exceptional service in managing ticketing and reservations for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Flight Reservations: Handle airline reservations, book tickets, and confirm travel itineraries for customers.
• Ticket Issuance: Issue and process airline tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice and information.
• Payment Processing: Handle financial transactions related to ticket sales, ensuring accuracy in processing payments and refunds.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of ticketing transactions and customer details.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Stay Informed: Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in travel and tourism is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Proficiency in using Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) and ticketing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling ticketing transactions.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and issues with professionalism.
• Knowledge of airline regulations and ticketing policies.
