Therapist Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with individuals, families, and groups to provide counseling, therapy, and support for a variety of mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities as appropriate.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and therapeutic practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) in [Insert State/Region].
• Proven experience in a therapeutic setting (1-3+ years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
