Job Description

• Employee Database management.
• Policy formulation and implementation in coordination with HR and Admin manager.
• Initiating training programs for the growth and development of existing employees.
• Handling employee grievances, complaints, and queries.
• Maintaining employee relations for strong company culture.
• Employee recruitment and hiring process.
• Employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Involvement in performance appraisal procedure.
• Work for HR budget in coordination with the HR manager.
• Preparing reports and presentations on HR functions, issues, and other information to be delivered within the organization.

• Involvement in Payroll, SSF, and CIT management.
• Guide the administrative team in office administration, budget handling, and reporting for smooth operation.

• Other day-to-day HR and Admin functions of the company.

Job Specification

• Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in management.
• Should have strong command over written and verbal English.
• Good computer skills.
• Must be Proficient in report writing.
• Should require good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be an initiator and have a proactive personality.
• Must have a two -wheeler and a valid license
