📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients/visitors in a professional manner
• Handle phone calls, messages, and basic inquiries
• Maintain appointment records and visitor logs
• Assist in basic office documentation and coordination
• Manage front desk cleanliness and organization
• Support staff with daily administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and office staff
