🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information to visitors and customers
• Manage the reception/front desk area efficiently
• Maintain visitor records and necessary documents
• Coordinate with different departments when required
• Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and correspondence
• Schedule appointments and assist with basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment at the reception
• Perform other front-desk and office-related duties as assigned

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good command of Nepali and English preferred
• Ability to communicate politely with customers and visitors
• Well-organized and responsible towards assigned duties
• Previous receptionist or front-desk experience will be an advantage
